Hello, I’m Adam.
I have always had a fascination with how things work, reverse engineering my way through everything from leather wallets to woodworking, building computers to baking. And once I figure out the basics, I obsess over the details. I chase perfection, reading up on recipes, experimenting with different ratios, ensuring repeatability of the end product, and testing until I find the perfect balance — or in this case, the perfect cookie. It’s how I earned the nickname, ‘All-in Adam.’
In 2020 (a great time to start new things, I’m told) I went all in on my own business. After years in the industry, I was confident in my expertise and wanted the flexibility to shape my service around each and every customer’s unique needs. And just like my baking, I still chase perfection. Adjusting and tailoring the recipe to the unique characteristics of your pool, all to get to an approach that just feels right. Because when everything is working as it should, all you need to do is dive in.

I strive to not just fix, repair, maintain — but also educate, so you can better understand what’s needed to keep your pool and spa running efficiently and safely. Every time I diagnose an issue, I make sure to discuss it with you in full, so you have complete transparency around what the problem is and how I plan to address it. When I started Mint Pool, one of my objectives was to provide an honest service with no hidden agenda or areas of uncertainty. I want you to have complete confidence that I am providing you the best advice, in your interest, at all times.
It’s all in the details
Let us worry about the little things. I keep a close eye on all areas of your pool and hot tub operation, because for Mint Pool, it’s not about maintenance, but management. Backed by years of experience — plus a heathy dose of perfectionism — I will stop little problems before they become big headaches, and keep everything beautiful, clear, and clean. When it comes to supplies, I also have strong opinions on which are high performers, with lasting quality, and won’t hestitate to steer you in the right direction so that you get the most bang for your buck.

My end goal is that you have an inviting place to swim, soak, destress or ramp up with friends and family. And so I treat all of my customers not as check boxes, but as part of an ongoing relationship, where I am responsible for getting you to that end goal every single week. You can count on me for committed, reliable service, and if there is anything I can’t deliver on, I will be the first to recommend you to a trusted partner or contact so that you always have options available. Mint has grown primarily through word of mouth, and I want to keep it that way — because ultimately, my loyal customers are my most authentic advocates.
